Emma sighed and kicked at the grass under her feet. The breeze blew her soft, blonde hair as she thought about anything and everythig, mostly things that brought stress upon her form. She heard someone approaching....

Spider-man had been asked by Tony if he could swing by the X-mansion to talk around a bit and see about how people thought about the SHR.
He had been there for half an hour now first spending sometime with the 198 and left his number with a few of them, he headed up to the mansion but stopped when he saw someone walking around.
He decided to use the human aproach and simply walked over to the person, due to his nightvision he was able to see clearly who it was and it was Emma Frost, dressed as hot as usual.
when he came close to her he simply stared a good minute at her body before he realised what he was doing and then quickly greeted her.
"uh....Goodevening miss."He mumbled.

"Well as much as I would like to say this is a social visit, it isn't."Peter replied, he then started walking around and ended up upside down a tree, he found it more comfortable speaking like this.
"I was wondering how the two of you were thinking about the SHR.."

"Well, I am against it. I don't like the idea of some heroes applying and registering! If the villains got a copy of the list then all The Earths Mightiest heroes would be in Grave danger!" Alex discuessed his view before turning to Emma for her answer.

"Well it isn't anything like that, first of all it won't be just anyone who feels like joining the club, imagine every superhuman working together, secondly, it won't be like that all that information will be lying around at every post office,there are already planning security for that information."He replied.
"I wouldn't decide it so quickly, wouldn't our work be much easier if we no longer have to worry about both are enemies and also the government, the superhumans working together with S.H.I.E.L.D, C.I.A, F.B.I, Interpol, homeland security, just think about how big all of this will be, no longer keep locking up the same nutcase, just to do it again the next day.

Emma sighs, tossing her hair to one side. "Well..I still feel the same...I mean, if they introduce the SuperHero Registration Act, don't ALL Superheroes get locked up and studied and whatever...?"

"Now that my business here is done, it's time for some pleasure, ya know."He joked as he walked closer to Emma.

Alex simply powered up his hands and looked grimly into Peters Eyes.
"Get... Out!" His eyes darkened and the only light in them was the glow of his yellow hands.

Peter wasn't exactly intimidated by this, he simply reminded him about Shocker, though Shocker had a better fashion sense.
"Heey, I'm just trying to make conversation here, so you can start with putting out your hands cause I know you're only bluffing."Actually Peter knew about zero to nothing about HAvok, and had no idea if he was actually capable of blasting him like that, but then again Peter survived worse and was certain he was more then capable of dodging everything Havok could throw at him, he had faced larger threats then this guy.
"So what were we talking about again, Miss Frost."

Emma giggled when he asked her a second time. "I'm free, but..." she looked over at Alex. She didn't know why he'd reacted that way, and she knew she shared feelings for Alex, also, but if he really WAS interested in her, why didn't he say so...? Emma looked at Peter and shrugged a weak smile on her face.

Alex smiled a bit to himself. "That answer your question Lover Boy? Now get out." He told Peter sternly. He then watched as Parker walked over to the door. "Keep moving." Alex muttered.
