Efren had finally arrived after what seemed like an endless flight on his glider. He really didn't know his way around, so he stopped for directions to the address Captain Britain wrote down. He landed in front of a seemly deserted building and had a look around, it appeared to be some sorta of slum.
Why the Hell did he want to meet here? Couldn't we meet somewhere nice, like a hotel...or Taco Bell?
"Excuse me son, can you spare some cash for a man down on his luck?" A near-by bum had asked him.
"Sorry, sir. I don't usually carry change in my costume." He said moving away from him slightly. He folded his arms and waited, hoping the Captain would show up soon.

Captain Britain watched as the spanish man arrrived, he still had not acquired his name. He just had to make sure he wasnt going to get attacked. He landed in front of the man, "Welcome, I still have not acquired your name"

Efren jumped back a little he was surprised by Captain Britain just appearing in front he him, he went into a defensive Aikido stance out of reflex. He quickly dropped it when he recognized the ol' Captain.
"Jeez...you might wanna warn somebody before you do that, nearly gave me a heart-attack." He extended his hand before speaking, "I'm El Jefe."

Captain Britain chuckled as El Jefe took a fighting stance "do you know why I asked you to meet me here El Jefe" Captain just hoped that El Jefe would join him he was finding it quite hard recruiting.

"Well...I would imagine it would have something to do with that damned battle that took place not too long ago." El Jefe gave another quick look around to make sure this wasn't some kind of set-up.
He better not be luring me into anything, otherwise things are gonna get awfully violent awfully quick.
"More percisely...would it have anything to due with the rumors that have been spreading...is the government really looking to register super heroes?" His voice was laced with concern.

Captain Britain sighed "Yes, they are and i am all for it its just most of the other heroes aren't and this is turning into a war especially with the events at the meeting, I would like to extend an offer to join me, i am recruiting for my team called Excalibur"
Captain Britain just hoped he wasnt anti-registration or it wa going to turn mean.

"I think the government has the right idea, we are beings of extraordinary power but we must be held accountable for what we do." He explained to the Captain, happy that they were fighting for the same side.
"Captain Britain, if I join Excailbur...do I get to stay in America? I was hoping on beating sense into the heroes state-wise...making sure it passed here."

Efren smiled widely and took Captain Britain's hand, shaking it firmly. "My Captain, you have yourself a new member." He said saluting.
Yes! A chance to do some serious good for this land which I love so much! But I wonder...
He felt a slight lump grow in his throat...a question had just sprung up in his mind...a question about one of his heroes. His heart-raced as he opened his mouth to speak.
"Captain Britain...i...is Captain America with us?" His tone of voice was scared with a mixture of curious.

"And El call me Brian" Efren was shocked by the Captain's response, he didn't know how he would feel fighting against a man he looked up to and had admired for such a long time. He's a symbol of everything thats good and right with America...how could he choose to go against something so right? Something that the government wants to happen?!His anger boiled inside of him, he felt conflicted and betrayed all at the same time. Efren walked over to a near-by building and punched a hole through it. He started to breath before he calmed down and talked to Brain. "Sorry about that Brain, I'm...I'm still on board to join your team...and fight for the act to pass. Oh, and Brain, you may call me Efren." |

"We better get going then Efren, wher first though?" Brian didn't blame him for the erratic behaviour he himself felt like punching the wall, it shows how strongly my new campanion will stay with his cause, thank god.

"Well, I don't really know, Brain. I'm new to the super heroes around here. Who are our our allies? Do you know of somewhere we could all meet?" He asked Captain Britain, he felt if he got to know his allies, they could plan what steps needed to be taken and how to proceed with this delicate situation.

"Iron Man is the leader, and there is heroes such as Spiderman, Mr Fantastic and many others, there is also a HQ for us pro-registration characters but first lets do sme hunting, we need to find some anti-reg's and take them out or even recruit some more"

Efren got quite a head-rush, things were moving a bit fast for him. The battle, him joining Excailbur, the sides being drawn...it was all starting to sink in.
Iron Man leading, Spider-Man, Mr. Fantasic...wow we have quite a team...I pray we get over this, fast.
Efren hopped on his glider, he hovered inches above the ground looking at Captain Britain. "Lead the way, my Captain! Excilbur is on the hunt!"
