'No!' Frank's grip of the neck was lost as he was thrown against the wall, but Frank couldn't stop now. He charged at the nearest youngster, his heart beating faster and faster wanting the kill.
Frank speared the nearest child, knocking both to the ground. the wall having little effect on Frank.
'Prepare to die, child!'

Is all wiccan can say. He runs towards both of them wanting to check if the girl he hit by mistake was ok. Unfortunatelly in his hurry, he forgot to make sure if the punisher was uncounscious as well...
Well, one can hope things will end up ok, right?

"Enough," shouted Jessica Drew. Three SHIELD helicopters descended from the air. This was exactly why people needed to be registered with SHIELD. The Punisher, known to SHIELD and most of the rest in the business as Frank Castle, had decided to shoot up a school. Now it was a super powered smack down and Drew had not even had time to change into her spandex before being sent by SHIELD to clean the mess up and bring everyone into custody.
"Frank Castle you are under arrest on more charges than I have time to read out. Everyone else in spandex, with a bow and arrow set or shooting lightening is also under arrest for public endangerment and poor fashion sense. Lay down your weapons now and put your hands in the air."

'Not again,I'm not being arrested again... you haven't got nothing on me, nothing at all' Frank panicked clambering to his feet 'not again'.
He ran, ran away from the school and the childeren. Scared, he hated prision hated the principle and the lack of guns, he was not going there again.

Drew cursed, "He's getting away bird two follow him. Take him down with all required force." The first helicopter landed and Drew climbed out. A second one followed Frank Castle as he ran from the school yard. Drew turned back to the others, "So how about it kids? You don't want to know how long you'll have detention if you don't just calm down and put the weapons on the ground."

Wiccan screams at Spiderwoman while taking uncounscious molly in his arms.
"You are meant to protect us, not arrest us, for christ sake!"
Wiccan tries to sign to all Young Avengers and runaways to get close to him. He starts thinking of a way out of this if talking won't lead to anything....

If you haven't done anything wrong then you'll get to go but right now everything is a little tense. We've got Captain America, who I know you know, running around playing urban Rambo, we just want everything to go smoothly when the law passes."

Molly opened her eyes to find herself in Wiccan's arms. She still felt a bit dizzy, but was feeling more normal every passing second. And this did not float her boat.
"What the hell?! Get off me!" She shoved herself away from Wiccan, then glared at the SHEILD. She was very touchy about that sort of thing.
Molly scoffed at the agents. "Yeah, right." She started to walk away. Let them try to stop her, she didn't go to this school...

"What's going on here?"
Spider-Man dropped down to the concrete, his booted feet padding lightly against the floor as he positioned himself beside Jessica and propped himself up against her. His eyes scanned the area. Devastations seemed to envelop the school, and several abnormal children stood before him. One was a girl with hazel hair, walking casually away. The second was a young ebony-haired archer; the two remaining teens were both male, and both had electricty crackling around them.
"I think you guys took the phrase 'muck-up day' a little too seriously," he quipped, his usual, light tone present in the muffled voice. "Anyone care to elaborate on why this entire street is trashed, and why tons of choppers are throwing themselves at me in the sky? I mean, come on, people, other people use the airspace too! Anyway, excuse my rant...and please, start explaining. I told my mom I'd be home by five."
Sometimes, I just crack myself up! Spidey thought with a smirk.

Okay this is just getting weird a fight with the punisher, Spider Womna and shield turning up and now Spider Man. "Hey lady, we don't need to talk the laws havn't been passed yet you have nothing on us" turning to Wiccan he said "The names Victor many call me Zapper, I know you you are a Young Avenger." He looked at Spiderman warily, "and who invited you?"

She gave him such a glare that her eyes started to glow for a second, then glanced back to the agents that were watching them, almost like predators with their prey...
"Molly. And its ok, it didn't really hurt. I think getting punched by the wall was worse..." She stopped walking, but didn't move any closer to the others.
As an odd looking guy in a.. spider suit? dropped down before them, Molly shook her head at his words. Turning back to the SHEILD, her gaze fell upon the woman, then back to Wiccan and the others. She noted Victor standing among the younger kids, and felt a sharp stab of relief. Someone she knew in this blasted place. Literally.

Spidey showing up was unexpected, but it cheers Wiccan a bit. This is someone he expects to be a bit more friendly...
"look, spider, that Psycho, the punisher, stated shooting at our friend's school trying to find us. We did try to do this as quick and not to damage much stuff but you know how it goes..."
And then, turning back to agent Drew
"look, mr. and Ms. Spider... We are not resisting anything. We are not in for trouble. I'd love to talk to you... But not interested into going to shield. You wanna talk, let's talk somewhere else."

"Hey, why don't ya pipe down, gumbo?" Spidey retorted, evidently irked. "Respect your elders and all that!"
The teen's tone was laced with fury, and he had a strange, almost feral look in his eyes. He was out of breath, almost as if he had just been in a brawl of some sort. And, by the looks of it, all of those present most definitely had been. Jessica must have only just arrived; she was in a perfect condition, and unless the kids had been fighting amongst themselves...
"Look, spider, that psycho, the Punisher, stated shooting at our friend's school trying to find us. We did try to do this as quick and not to damage much stuff but you know how it goes..."
"Whoa, whoa, whoa!" Spidey mumbled, holding his hands flat in the air. "The Punisher?! Okay, Spider-Woman, I don't think these kids are to blame for this mess! Anything with him involved is dangerous - and I think these guys were just trying to help stop the trouble! Punisher's gotta be arrested, so do you wanna do that...or play hide-and-seek with the innocents here?"
He cast a glance to the boy that had warned him of the Punisher and stuck his thumb up; Spidey recognised him from somewhere...

Realising that even with Spider-man on their side it will be hard for shield to just let they go, Wiccan starts to call the spell he has been ready to call since Spider-Woman showed up. At first, they notice he is speaking something very fast and very softly. and then...
"IWANTUSALLBACKHOME!"
And young avengers and runaways alike vanish to the YA headquarters.
OCC*Young Avengers and Runaways, let's keep the action in a new thread, in Manhattan, i'll call it Young Avengers Headquarter, ok?*
