"Danke," Kurt replied, taking the coffee "Super hero Registration Act? What is that? I have not heard of such a thing."

Just then Alex strolled into the room. "Sorry to intrude Beast, everyone. I heard The superhuman Registration act and had to come and see what you were saying about it." He sighed to himself then glared at the others for a reply.

As soon as Havok presented himself, Beast's computer started making alarm noises, and intruder was flashing all over the screen. "Ah!" Nightcrawler exclaimed as he pointed toward the computer. "I'm on it!" *BAMF*he said and dissapeared in smoke.

*BAMF* Nightcrawler returned to Beast's lab minutes later. "False alarm," he said. "Wolverine is back, with a strange girl.." he said, eyeing everybody in the room. He cracked his knuckles and looked at Emma. "I think all the X-men should get together and have a little meeting, ya? We have lots to talk about."

Emma cocked an eyebrow at Kurt's sudden outburst, but she turned to Alex. She smiled weakly at him and then turned back to Kurt. "What's so special about this girl...?"

"You mean another form of control," says Bishop entering. His marked eye raises an eyebrow to the box of twinkies in the rooms. "This M on my face-I shouldn't have to explain, but this is how the government kept a leash on mutants." He sighs looking at the X-men before him-not for lack of trust or belief in, or even in what there opinions might be. But because they are going to see war the way he has seen it.
ooc: Cap mentioned it in my bio- I figured Bishop was going to be pro registration in Civil war-but I decided I wanted to be on the opposite side of Cyclops in this so we can still keep that level of conflict in tact-both being leaders and all.

"That has yet to be determined, Bishop."
The voice came from Cyclops, who entered a step behind Bishop. He had changed into his uniform on the way down to Beast's lab.... he obviously had a matter of business on his mind. But first, he would resolve the questions that he knew would come.
"Wolverine and the girl are gone," Cyclops said, with a hint of disdain, "Logan... is no longer a member of this team. No longer an X-Man. He made it clear to me that he has pledged his loyalties to the Avengers."
Cyclops paused, allowing that to sink in. For a long while, Logan had been a cornerstone for the X-Men. The most rebellious, of course, but also the most loyal. The unwavering warrior all other X-Men could depend on. He was still an ally, of course... but it wasn't the same. But Cyclops refused to dwell. There was business to be taken care of.
"Perhaps discussion of Logan should wait, though," Cyclops continued, "I believe we should have a meeting concerning recent events. We should decide as a group what the political stance of the X-Men will be."
Obviously, Cyclops hadn't considered the fact that they wouldn't present a united front. He knew they were of different minds on the subject, but he assumed that they could reach a rational decision.

"My only questions are where and when? Where is the meeting and when will it take place?" He strectched his arms in a yawning pose and lookd sternly at Scott. "I have a feeling that you will all side against my view however I will fight with this idea to the end of my life even if it considers fighting my closest of friends."
He looked away. Although he sounded tough, the thought scared him, he didnt want to fight any of his fellow X-men as the pain would be unbearable to Alex. He glanced over to Emma then tweaked his head slightly to stare coldly at the ground.

Emma just looked at the men that surrounded her and crossed her arms after finishing her drink. She said nothing, looking from one face to the other, biting her lip....

Bishop had stood for a moment, taking in the tense unsure atmospehere and then sighed before walking past his fellow X-Men, particulary not giving any attention to Scott.
"General Conensus Scott? I hadn't taken you to be that naive."
He then exits the room.
