After the last battle Logan had been in he had simply vanished. One thing he was good at. He knew he had told Captain America he could count on him, but on the moment he had to find out one thing. Where the hell did Wicked go? He walked down the street taking a right turn. He always took the backstreets not really into the crowded parts of town.

"Logan" said a voice from the shadows. Steve Rogers- Captain America in civilian alias- stepped out, praying Wolverine wasn't so edgy that he would gut him where he stood. He was wearing a wide-brimmed hat and glasses to conceal his face. "It's me... Steve."
The Registration Act was law, and Steve needed to build up his team as much as possible! As an old companion- they had fought side by side in World War II-, and as a fellow New Avenger, he knew how valuable Logan was- and he knew from their conversations beforehand that the X-Man hated the Registration Act.

"I know who you are." Logan replied and turned to face him. Seemed this would be the end of his quiet days. "What do you want?"

Cap looked at Wolverine. For someone who didn't age, he was certainly showing the strain of the last while. Stamford, the subsequent battle, the mutant crisis and his own memories were clearly taking their toll. "Logan, we're in a war here." he said bluntly, trying not to be overheard.
"I need you. Tony and some of the rest are supporting this Registration Act, and if we don't fight back then this will become standard. You've fought mutant registration for years- this is no different. I need you with me, Logan."

Logan looked at Steve. "If you put it like that." He replied and looked ahead. "But I will need something in return then." He looked at Steve now. "Nothing to big."

Cap studied Logan for a moment. They were old friends, Cap had been the one who had recruited Logan into the New Avengers in the first place. So if Logan wanted a favour, Cap was confident that it would be nothing too major. And even if it was, he would be willing to do it ofor an old friend. Unlike Tony and the rest, he knew what loyalty was.
"Of course." he said, spreading his red-gloved hands out. "What is it you'd like me to help you with?"

Logan looked at him. "Wicked is missing, for some time now." He replied. "I need to know where she is, and if she is ok."

"Wicked..." Cap thought for a few seconds and- "Ah- the mutant girl I helped save in Washington." He nodded. "Our base has sophisticated tracking technology- we should be able to locate her. I don't think that will be a problem."

"Good." Logan had a very good idea where she would be hanging out, he however wasn't sure.
