History/Background:
Wiccan and the other Young Avengers recently located another teenager with ties to the Avengers using the same program devised by the Vision that Iron Lad used to locate most of the current Young Avengers. The group found Thomas "Tommy" Shepherd, a platnuim-blond with superspeed powers. Right away, it was noted that Tommy bore a striking resemblance to Billy (and Quicksilver as well). Internet speculators immediately suggested that Tommy and Billy might in fact be Thomas and William, the twin sons of the Scarlet Witch and Vision long thought to be mere fragments of Mephisto's soul. Like the Scarlet Witch and her twin brother, Quicksilver, Billy possess magical powers and Tommy possess super-speed powers; Tommy also shares Quicksilver's platinum blond hair.
In Young Avengers #11, Tommy's possible relationship to the Scarlet Witch, the Vision, and Billy was revealed. After Wanda's children were kidnapped by the villainous Master Pandemonium and returned to Mephisto, who'd claimed that their "souls" were fragments of his own, they apparently faded from reality. It is speculated that after temporarily destroying Mephisto the twins were reincarnated into Billy and Tommy's bodies. Thus, Tommy and Billy could be the lost twins of the Vision and the Scarlet Witch.

Kiara thrashed and turned, sweat dripping rapidly down her face, dampening her skin, she lets out a high piercing scream and woke from the ever-haunting nightmare, breathing heavily tears roll down her face mixing with the sweat, leaning against the wall she sits there crying rhythmically banging her head against the wall. Pushing the sheet off of her she stumbles out of bed twisting her ankle on the way to the bathroom.
She turns on the light looking in the mirror, she glares at the reflection. Raising her hand she punches once, twice, again and again till the mirror is just a mere frame, blood seeps from her wounds as she slumps to the floor.
I hate you Kiara, I hate you she thinks to herself, all this time with them and they don’t know about your treachery to your kind, you were brainwashed she thought, no, no, no, I could have fought it, you were to weak to fight it, No Tristans dead because of my plan, Them witches and the rest of the team that helped me back then, I am the murderer. Her mind was in turmoil was she this mighty witch or was she a mere murderer of her own kind.
Kiara got to her feet moving the remains of the mirror out of the way, she walked back into the bedroom sitting on the bed, staring at her Tristan, her husband, her lover and the one she used to confide in. Kissing the picture gently she got back into her bed ready to fall into that same nightmare again, blood from her hands mixed in with the sweat and the tears, this is my life she though blood, sweat and tears.
