Fantastic Four And the Silver Surfer

Well in what amounts to a terrible decision IMO, the new Fantastic Four movie has been titled:

Fantastic Four and the Silver Surfer

Very comic-booky I guess. The plot?

Marvel’s first family of superheroes, The Fantastic Four, meets their greatest challenge yet in FANTASTIC FOUR AND THE SILVER SURFER as the enigmatic, intergalactic herald, The Silver Surfer, comes to Earth to prepare it for destruction. As the Silver Surfer races around the globe wreaking havoc, Reed, Sue, Johnny and Ben must unravel the mystery of the Silver Surfer and confront the surprising return of their mortal enemy, Dr. Doom, before all hope is lost.

Well, it implies a Galactus, the one thing I REALLY, REALLY, DESPERATELY want is for Doc Doom to steal Silver Surfer's powers a la comics. Anyway, discuss:

I found this a while ago...the casting suggestions on the boards there is laughable...Lance Armstrong!!!

Oh, man, that name sucks. I mean, as much as I love the Surfer, it would have been much better to make it a suprise, as opposed to titling it like that.

hmmm is this a definate name or just a work in progress name.......remember how many names Xmen 2 had before it finally came out!!

[Spider-Man]

I heard they're not having an actor for the Surfer, and keeping him strictly CGI. Apparently they're spending loads on him.

[Doctor Strange]

I think they should have somebody do his motion capture and possibly use that same person to base his looks on, like Tom Hanks in The Polar Express. He did the motion capture for nearly everybody in it.

[Iron Man]

Yeah, like Vin Diesel!
