Years have passed since the known times of the Charmed Ones. Now, the Magic School has reopened, and is known as the New Magic School, and even the children of the Charmed Ones attend it. The School has also widened its doors, allowing all kinds of good magical beings to come together and learn control, as well as forming beautiful friendships. Witches, fairies, Whitelighters... they all come together under the careful guidance of kindly Headmaster Vilton.
However, it isn't just Good that is preparing the young anymore. Since the destruction of the old Source, an Upper Level Demon has taken the demonic throne, and upturned old evil traditions. Renaming himself High Master of Demons and the Underworld, Andromalius, the Demon of Hatred, has a strong following, and looks to be the most likely ruler ever to destroy good. Taking the lead from the other side, Andromalius has set up the Demon Institute, which teaches all evil beings exactly how to identify and dispose of everything good.
On both sides, all beings are being taught to be better, faster, stronger, more ready. It is more clear than ever that a full scale war will be waged... but who will strike first? Peace - of a sort - teeters on the edge of destruction, with good and evil waiting to tip the balance.
