Deep with in the underworld an evil pact is about to be made with the dark lord Mephisto and The Source of all evil hatch a plan to take over the magical and mortal world for themselves. When the Sorcerer Supreme Dr. Strange learns of this plan, he goes to the Elders for their assistance, but as usual they do nothing but offer him the help of the Charmed Ones. With their assistance strange hopes to stop the surface of this new evil, but he might need the assistance of every hero on the planet.
