If a person hasn't posted as their character in over a month, would it be possible for another person to claim the character?

I'm glad you asked this. The answer is simple; in 1 week, all characters who have been inactive are being deleted.
As it is, which character is it you are interested in? The really important ones (Spidey, Doc Strange etc) are being saved for 3 more days. Otherwise- they have been warned, so the character is probably yours.
Who is it you are looking into?

I'm interested in Doctor Strange, actually. He's my favorite character and I RP him on every other board I'm on.

Well as of this time tomorrow I'll be able to give you a definitive answer. If the old one hasn't checked in, you are MOST welcome to have him  BTW: In this RPG Strange helped Cap escape and is currently one of the only two people with him, the other being Daredevil. So there are some changes from normal 616 already. |

I thought it was. I was planning on playing him as being in the rebellion anyways, as he showed his distaste for the Act in the Illuminati special.
