Steve Rogers sat at a bench on the outskirts of Manhattan, dressed in civilian gear, head deep in a newspaper, but prepared for trouble. He shouldn't be here, he knew. But he had to be. He had heard- the Registration Act had been passed and in one week half the super heroes in America would be taken down.
Unless that is, they were organized. Unless they had a structure, unless a Resistance was set up so that the Heroes could continue super-heroing. Right now, Cap knew, there was only him and Doctor Strange, but that nucleus would grow- assuming he wasn't arrested first.
Steve looked over his newspaper... if he was right, another hero should be walking past very soon. The first new member of his band of super heroes. He smiled grimly. Tony Stark had no idea what he was in for.

Matt Murdock was walking around in the city of Manhattan. He knew the latest news for super-heroes were not the best at all. The Registration Act was accepted at some point and now he and all the other superheroes were criminals who sould be taken down, in the eyes of the general public. But Matt was sure that nothing in this earth, as long as he is healthy and alive, can take his secret identity down. He knew that the identity of Daredevil was a vital part of his life.
"May I can find a way to stop this Registration Act. But I don't think I can do something on my own, at least alone..." thought Matt while he was crossing a railroad.
After some minutes of walk, Matt "saw" Steve Rogers, the Captain America, sitting at a bench reading a newsparer. He approached him and asked: "Is there anything new in the newspaper ?"
Steve Rogers raised his eyes...

Steve stood up, being careful not to attract attention. He looked at Matt. He shouldn't be out like this, he could be sent back to prison... "Hello, Matt." he said quietly. "A few interesting articles here, yes. Seems like some heroes are going to be resisting this Registration Act."
Steve had known Matt Murdock for some time, and he knew that he was a true comrade. He had even been invited to join the New Avengers, though he had declined- Daredevil worked alone. Still, if he tried to work alone once the Act was law in a week's time, he'd never make it.
Cap had to build his Resistance Group, and he knew Matt Murdock was just the man to talk to about it. "I was sorry to hear about Foggy, by the way." He said, genuinely meaning it. "I only wish I was able to make it to the funeral."

Matt sat at the bench with Steve a bit surprised of Steve's point! Foggy was a matter that Matt Murdock wanted to forget but it was impossible. The feeling of revenge had flooded him.
"Sorry Steve but Foggy is a subtle matter. I'm not in mood right now to talk about Franklin. But still you said that there are still some heroes who will resist to the Registation Act. Do you know them ?" asked Matt waiting for response.

Steve paused for a moment. He could almost physically see the anguish and grief Matt felt about Foggy's death, but he didn't want to talk about it. That was ok- whenever he did, Steve was there. "Well I've heard that there is a group of heroes who just want to keep on super-heroing against the Registration Act." he said slowly.
He walked forwards and pressed a tiny device into Matt's hand. "This will lead you straight to me." He whispered. "Wait at least an hour before you follow. As soon as you get there, destroy the device." He pulled away again, and said, continuing their 'out-loud' conversation. "Well, if you see any of our.... 'friends', you know where to find me. I have to go."
He turned and started to walk away, smiling to himself. He had just found his first recruit.

"Hmm maybe this is our last chance" thought Mutt putting the newspaper Rogers left in the bench in front of him, like he was reading.
After an hour Mutt stood up and left with one thing in his mind. "Maybe if we can finally resist to Registration Act then I will be able to take my revenge."
