He had been here before and, with stunts like the Daily Bugle, he had been noticed. He was famous, although in a world full of reality TV and the like, fame was unbearable title. Frank, however had failed, failed to kill anyone with ‘powers’, capture anyone with a price tag on their head.
Frank looked up at the destruction he had created, a criminal always returns to the scene of the crime , it was a meaningless kill. He had not wanted the Cap to get blamed; he wanted to be recognised for his handy work and craftsmanship. The kill Frank thought to himself had started something, something big .
All he needed know was a kill, someone to punish, someone to show justice. He would not be able to get a hold of Cap now, not yet. But there must be someone. There’s always someone!
