Thomas ran in with his super speed running past them then skidding and turning back. "guys the registration law has been passed" he looked at the two runaways. "Um... hi and you are?" he brushed his fingers through his silver white hair "I saw it on the news".

"Tommy! They are from the Runaways, you know, the guys from L.A.? The patriot had some problem with the Punisher and they helped us with it. Only shield came by and wanted to take us in, so, I teleported everyone back here. And, about the law... Well, we were deciding what to do just now. What do you think?"

Molly stared at him for a second, then asked, "If I throw a stick, will you go away?" She turned back to Wiccan, jerking a thumb in Tommy's direction, he still hadn't answered the question about the new law. "Seriously, is this guy for real?"

Wiccan smiles. His new found brother was very different than himself, although they look almost the same. This differences between their manners and style actually entertained Billy. It's like watching a distorted mirror. The girl that is their guest right now doesn't seem to appreciate that much at the moment, although.
"Yeah yeah, that's the punisher all right. But leaving all that aside, we must consider what to do now, with this law. As soon as we get outside we will be targets to them. Me, tommy and hulkling, we lose little with registering. We don't have much secret identities anymore. But Patriot, and the others... Well...
And we have to consider that probably they won't let us keep the costumes since we are underage... So. We are at a dead end. "

Molly shrugged, the answer suddenly very clear to her.
"Well then, I can only think of one thing at the moment that would enable us to keep our freedom, suits, and whatever else. Well, that I would prefer doing, anyway..."
She paused for a moment, then spoke. "I don't know who's with me, but I'm not registering. There really isn't anything that I would gain with it."

A large shadow started forming in the room, and took the shape of a cloaked man. It was Cloak.
"Hello," he said as he looked around at the gathered teens. Only a few were Runaways, the ones he knew. "I already know the Runaways, but the rest I haven't met. The Young Avengers presume. I am Cloak, and these," Cloak opened his cloak and Dagger and Moon Knight stepped out. "These are my friends Dagger, and Moon Knight."
"Hi, kids," dagger said, waving at the two teams. Moon Knight just nodded.
We are here on behalf of the Resistance. I know we would be glad to have all of you."

Molly nodded in return, but also kept on her guard. The sudden appearance of Cloak, along with the other two, was a bit odd, at a time like this.
"I don't know... what do you guys say?" She glanced over at the others. It might be best to just play it safe and stick with the group they already had, the ones that they knew they could trust.

"I'm sorry mister but, we have agreed we are anti-reg but I think we would rather fight on our own we a are the teens we don't fit in with the anti-reg heroes we will fight this act but together if you guys are with me" Victor looked at the rest of them waiting for a reply.
"I agree with that dude, we should help the anti's and be friendly but together we will fight if everyone else agrees" Tommy looked around the union of the Runaways and Young Avengers was inevitable but what about the union with a side?.

Patriot, having greeted the new arrivals, had retreated into a separate chamber and was using his limited equipment to probe the police frequencies and try to determine the state of their situation. So far, he wasn't having much luck. He knew he had to be cautious so as not to be discovered, and it was this inability to let loose that he felt was hampering him. He exhaled audibly, balling his hand into a fist in frustration...before two new voices derailed his train of though. He listened intently before rising to his feet, retrieving his shield, and striding proudly into the room.
"Part of the Resistance? I'm Patriot," he stated, his tone warm and welcoming.

"We're not 'kids', Cloak," Patriot informed calmly. "And SHIELD won't be here for at least another ten minutes, as far as I can te --"
An explosion resounded throughout the complex, ringing in Patriot's ears and sending him stumbling back as the structure trembled. From the feel of the shockwaves, the blast couldn't have even been a block away. Patriot cursed and gripped his shield tightly.
"They're trying to drive us out with explosions," he realised. "They'll find us soon. I can't make anyone's decision for them, not even my teams...but I'm going. It's not as if we have to join, but, for the moment, we're all in the same boat. It's just a refuge."
