IMPORTANT:
The War has now begun. Ok, in most RPGs, it is not allowed to "autohit" (say that your attack automnatically hits.) However, in this RPG it would be ridiculous if no-one could sayt for definite that they hit as nothing can get done. I have changed this to:
New Hit Rules:
-You may NOT say that more than two attacks hit per post
-For every two attacks that hit, YOUR character must get hit at least once.
-You may NOT post that an attack does major damage OR kills- that is up to the recipient.
-You MAY have extra attacks and not confirm whether they hit or not.
Phases of War:
The SUPER-HERO CIVIL WAR will go through several different phases. Currently we are at Phase 1: The War Ignites. This means:
-You may post major agressive/defensive actions on ANY RP board. Your characters are not confirmed to any place and are free to move around though they cannot be in more than 2 battles at once. You can be attacking, defending, whatever.
This is the chaotic early phase of the war and both sides are quire disorganized with little cohesion and few planned attacks. This will settle down more for Phase 2, which will be announced at the appropriate time.
