RVN has recieved unconfirmed reports that the criminal believed to have assisted Captain America in last week's terrorist attack on the Daily Bugle has broken free. The police refuse to confirm or deny this, and the Press Secretary has also declined to comment.
The nation's biggest fugitive and current public enemy number #1, Captain America went underground following his unprovoked assault on security officers and his daily bugle assault last week, both done in protest against the Super Human Registration Act. The President has assured the nation that these have done nothing to change his resolve; the Registration Act comes into effect on the 30th of June this year.
However, new evidence suggests that Captain America may in fact not be quite as in hiding as it seems. There are unconfirmed reports that he assisted in the taking down of several super criminals including the Shocker and the Grim Reaper within the last few days. The hunt for him continues regardless.
