"This is Boaz Eschelmen with RVN World News.
The President this morning signed the final draft of the Super Human Registration Act which was passed by Congress with an unprecendented all-but unanimous vote. The Super Human Registration Act, requiring all heroes to reveal themselves to the Federal Government, comes into effect at midnight in exactly one week's time.
In related news, police refuse to confirm the absence of famed Super Hero Captain America. After the devastating assault on the Daily Bugle Newspaper two days ago, the masked defender of America has not been seen. The President's Press Secretary confirmed that one of the men responsible for the blast, rumoured to be Frank Castle, is in custody.
Iron Man has announced his whole hearted support for the Act, as have several other notable heroes including the Fantastic Four and former Avenger Henry Pym. A large number of Super-Heroes have not yet spoken; the new law would require that they be arrested after the Act comes into effect in one week.
Only one thing is certain at this stage; The Super Human Registration Act is now officially law.
