'Two questions Mr Stark if you don't mind. Where will Frank Castle be detained?, there have been rumors that he had escaped the custody of SHIELD before.
And...As Frank Castle does not poses any mutant powers, will he be tried under the registration act or just 'normal' American law?'

"So the time has come for you to confront Tony and the others?" Hawkeye saw Steve talking to the Doc. "I'm not suprised that even after the beating the punisher gave you." Clint knew wounds would heal, but the pain caused by his friends wouldn't and confronting them sooner than later would be better. "So what should the rest of us do? Besides my pretty face can't be holed up in HQ for ever. I'm to good looking." Said with a smile.

Urich's frown deepened, and he pondered his next remark as other questions passed by. He finally spoke up once again, adjusting his glasses and scrawling something across his notepad. "Just how much force will you utilise against those that refuse to side with the act, time after time?"

Mystique watched the press conference alone in the War Room with great interest. Tony Stark seemed good at manipulating the press, and there was no doubt in her mind that Captain America was watching. It was shocking to hear that the Punisher had been caught, and Mystique put it in the back of her mind to visit his cell if she got the chance.
The X-men were still on the fence, but Mystique knows that it's only a matter of time before they will be forced to pick a side. "Let the war begin," Mystique said as she continued to watch the press conference.

“Many of these people are my friends. I have fought with them, lived with them. The one thing I don’t want to do is to hurt them. But if it’s what I must do, as an American Citizen, I will do it.
