Upcoming Events

[Captain America]

Well, here we are- the war has begun! Anyway, I have several plans for events and special threads/plotlines to occur throughout the RPG just to keep things interesting. There are some I am gonna say now, and some I'll keep for a surprise Anyway, here are my planned ones; you are welcome to comment on them and offer suggestions.





New Avengers Disassembled - New Avengers members only. The remnants of the Avengers meet up for one last time in Stark Tower... the results of this battle may echo throughout the RPG for it's entire life!




When: Fairly early on, before the war is fully broken out.



X-Men: Civil War X-Men only. The X-Men meet in the X-Mansion but it is a bitter meeting. Unable to resolve their differences, the former brothers-in-arms may be forced to go to war... and things threaten to get even worse as the 198 mutants in the mansion revolt against the Sentinels guarding them!



When: Possibly running at the same time as The Above



Fantastic Four: A House Divided Fantastic Four only. The Fantastic Four gather to discuss the outbreak on war and their differing viewpoints and are forced to do battle with their own family.



When: After the other events above.




Spider-Man: The War At Home This is not for just certain characters. Spider-Man is anguished and torn apart over whether or not he should remain on Iron Man's side. In this thread, both sides will make their cases to him and our resident Spidey can make his decision once and for all.



When: Mid RPG

Sounds good, although I am extremely jealous of Spidey's player

Woot Woot, I'm Spidey.

But what I wanted to say was, maybe the first to soty lines could start anytime now, as the Meeting is pretty much over and now would be a good time, Cap and Tony would want to discuss with each other now as they haven't had to fight each yet, it could lead into a battle where it will be clear that Spidey still isn't too sure about all this, and Cap will try to take advantage of this.

Right now I don't think it's a good idea because both sides are still rather confused. The fight at the meeting needs to totally break up, Iron Man and Cap need to establish HQs and basically both sides need to start the war proper

That makes sense as well, it's your call.

Maby the REsistance can take-up HQ in Vegas. make this Civil War the East against the West.

Spider-Man/Deadpool/Sentry guy, mind if I kill you and steal Spidey? No? Well okay then! lol

[Punisher]

Any suggestions for the Punisher would be greatly appreciated in the upcoming war. At the moment he's practically dead so take that into consideration but the the exception of that most things go. i was hoping to follow the 'Punisher kills the Marvel universe' story line in which he hunts down [as the title suggests] the marvel universe one by one [more info on Wikipedia for those who care] however i was also thinking about the 'What if' punisher story line where they ask what would happen if the punisher was iron man or visa versa. Although help would be needed from the iron man camp for that story line.

A suggestion from me for this Civil War would be to introduce Sentinels [sentinels squad one] into the plot line. apparently [thanks wiki again] Tony [iron man] helped designed them, so [and here in lies my suggestion] if the mutants are against the registration the sentinels could have a big pro-registration role.

Punisher: I think the best way for you to integrate yourself in might be to target one particular side and go after them one by ine type thing, but it's really up to you.

Oh, since we have Two Young Avengers and Two Runaways, do we get some kind of Young Avengers & Runnaways kinda plot?
I'm unsure what the plot will be for that crossover, but might be fun to play

I was thinking something similar but 2 of each isn't enough. If we get THREE Young Avengers and THREE Runaways, Iron Man and i will talk and see what we can do
