THE RULES:
JOINING UP:
-Please read all the Rules and information threads before joining
-Please join with the account name of your chosen character- e.g. "Wolverine".
-If you wish to play as more than one character, you must create an account for each character. We are allowing 3 different accounts per person at this time- and thus, 3 characters.
POSTING A BIO
-Use the bio template given on THIS forum, not any other.
SAMPLE POSTS ARE REQUIRED- they are a major part of how you are judged.
-When you choose your side in your bio, please choose a side which makes logical sense for your character.
-Post your bio in a new thread clearly labelled with the name of your character in the "Characters" Forum.
-You may have ANY Marvel Character from the entire Marvel universe (Hero, villain- whatever!) with the exception of the Hulk and any Cosmic characters. (EG: Galactus, Nova) This site does NOT take Canon Characters as of June 2006.
ROLE-PLAYING:
-Your character CANNOT spontaneously change sides. They can change sides over the course of the story, but it cannot simply happen as a result of one conversation etc.
- You must respect continuity until this point. Magneto can't suddenly have his powers back with no explanation. and Thor can't just wander around as though he never died. If you have any questions whatsoever about a character, I will be happy to answer them- just PM me.
- Try to make your role playing posts at least fifty words and use puncutation and grammar- no "forum speak.". That's not hard. If you continually post incomprehensible posts you will be warned.
- No God-Modding- You cannot kill or injure another person's character.
- Be Realistic, not just partial to your character. For example, the Wasp could not defeat The Thing in basic combat.
- Your character can only be in two threads at a time.
- Please tell us if you're going away for a time. Either PM a mod/admin or post in the General Discussions forum.
FIGHTING:
-You may NOT say that more than two attacks hit per post
-For every two attacks that hit, YOUR character must get hit at least once.
-You may NOT post that an attack does major damage OR kills- that is up to the recipient.
-You MAY have extra attacks and not confirm whether they hit or not.
