Attire usualy Victorian era style when in battle of at the Club. Standard 3-piece bussiness suit most other times.

Mutation/Powers:
Absorb kinetic energy to increase his strength, speed, and stamina to superhuman levels. Shaw can still be crushed/cut, but cuts are superficial because he saps the blade of all it's thrusting/cutting energy.

History/Background:
Shaw was born into an impoverished family, but became a millionaire by the age of 20 through his excellent business skills and ruthlessness. He became the head of Shaw Industries, a multinational corporation involved in munition production and defense contracts. He joined the Hellfire Club's Inner Circle, eventually becoming its leader, the Black King.
He was later deposed by his son, Shinobi Shaw. Shaw faked his own death and, some time later, he took Shinobi's position as Black King. Recently, Sebastian apparently reformed, using Hellfire Club's new members Sunspot (Black King), Courtney Ross (White Queen), Viper and Sage to end a mutant slaves black market. They succeeded, and Shaw was last seen by the X-men at an ambulance after a fight with former Hellfire Club colleague Donald Pierce.
Shaw was later relased, and feigning loyalty to the current Lord Imperial, Roberto "Sunspot" Da Costa, was granted probationary control once again over the New York Branch of the Hellfire Club. Not that anybody particulary trusted Shaw, but it was deemed best to keep him in sight.
Shaw was still seen in general membership level meetings socializing with the likes of Tony Stark. Helping to sway the opinion of some as to how these so-called heros work outside the law. Causing untold millions in collateral damage... how it's just a matter of time before they screw up big time...
In secret meetings with Reverend Stryker, in which Shaw wore special cufflinks to mask his mutant bio-signature, Shaw continued to stab his fellow mutants in the back encouraging Sentinal research under his own contracts.

Tensions were high after M-day. And a devisive Civil War among all empowered was simply awaiting a spark to set it off. It was one night that Shaw sat fliping through channels watching current events for future oppertunities to further enrich and empower himself that he stumbled across a reality show featuring low-grade would-be heros. Fustrated heros looking for badguys who were ratings worthy. Having secretly funded a recent rash of prision breaks, Shaw saw oppertunity. An annonomous tip led New Warriors to a small town house near a school. The rest was rappidly becomming history.
