[Emma Frost]

"Haven't we already tryed that?"

"I mean it not going to be that easy, if we just talk why don't when talk to the people who create the law or the people who passed it, do you think that they would really listen just talk lets show them who they are relly messing with" she reacted to Captains idea

[Hawkeye]

Hawkeye wanted to say something to protest but, what else could they do. It seemed as there this was the last chance at stopping this before it became deadly. "Steve, your right." The look in Clints eyes showed the pain in saying those words. "I don't want you going in there but, what else can we do. The one thing is I think someone or a group should go with you. Me, torch, emma, just someone." Clint was right, there was no way he was letting his best friend go into Stark tower alone. If what Hawkeye had found out was true, Tony Stark was becoming more ruthless by the minute.

[Emma Frost]

"That is a better plan, it is alot better for all you know he could lead you into a trap"

She was kinda excited she wanted to get some action but not like this fight other good super heros it was wrong, it is was better fight in the danger room, or at least get out of here

"I volunteer myself to go with you" she said quickly

[Human Torch]

"Guys, is that really the best idea? We aren't New Avengers. If we storm in there, Tony'll think somethings up and Cap won't get a chance to talk. Let him go. Someone there has to be against this. Let him take Logan and go."

Johnny wanted as bad as them to go, but he knew that the Captain had to do this for himself, if he'd be effective in this war.

[Hawkeye]

"Taking logan is fine but, don't you get it Johny? If they take Cap, its over they have what they need and the resistance will colapse. There are people who won't continue to fight without cap being here." Clint knew that there were several members who would only follow Steve. "You and me can only do so much as far as fighting goes." Clint had been a an avenger and knew what it meant to Captain America. It was his family. He couldn't imagine any form of avengers without cap being involved. Thats why he didn't object to this idea.

[Human Torch]

"I want to go more then anyone, Clint. Seriously though, think about it. Is there a bigger chance a fight will break out with us there or with them two? It's up to you guys, and I'd be happy to come, that's just my two cents."

Johnny let it drop at that. He didn't want to get into a fight with them.

[Hawkeye]

"I want to so badly but your right it will only start more s**t. I just feel so damn helpless, like I'm just spinning my wheels and not going anywhere." Hawkeye couldn't contribute to whats going to happen and that made him more angry and sad than anything that could happen. Clint Barton was not a man who liked to sit around and feel helpless. "Do what you must, I understand, but I don't like it. I guess once an Avenger always an Avenger but, in this case I feel like a useless Avenger."

[Emma Frost]

"Look, i can protect Cap, fi they try to take him i will use my telepathic skills and command the people to let him go, if not i can go into diamond form and fight" she was so wanting to do somthing go and see it up front

"I can make them thing that they are five year old girls, I have power and i can be useful, what if they come across the Thing what can Logan do scratch him with his claws, he is made out of rock. . . I think a am a important factor" Now she was alittle mad

[Human Torch]

"Emma seriously, chill out."

Johnny was beginning to get annoyed by her adolescent behavior.

"If Cap wants us to go, he'd said something by now."

[Emma Frost]

"I am just giving him the option, we can't lose him"

she stopped herself she wasn't doing this for Cap, she was doing this for herself

"Ok, the main reason is i don't feel comfortable with him going alone, it would make me feel alot better if i could go with him" she said turning away from everybody

[Captain America]

"Emma, Clint, I appreciate your concerns." said Cap, his brow furrowing beneath his mask- he wondered what Stephen Strange would say about this when he arrived. "But... this is Avengers business. NEW Avengers." he added rather hastily, and hoped he hadn't sounded unkind.

"If Logan wants to accompany me, he can come." He'll be very useful at least if it comes to a fight. "And I'm pretty sure Luke Cage can be counted on to resist this law, so if we can find him we may be able to take him two. But other than that..." He spread his hands. "I don't want to push this too far."

He almost smiled as he saw Hawkeye's familiar expression. Of all the old Avengers, Hawkeye was one of the longest serving- there had been quite a period where there were only four Avengers- Cap, Scarlet Witch, Quicksilver and... Hawkeye. His 'Kooky Quartet' as the others had dubbed it. He knew he could count on his fellows to keep the movement going while he was away.

"Don't expand too much of your strength while I'm gone." he said. "Don't hit it if you can't take it. Remember, above all NO casualties- but if you hear of any heroes being carted away and you think you can free them, sieze the chance. Stephen is in charge while I'm away." Cap hoped against hope they didn't realise what way he was talking. He was talking..


As though he didn't expect to come back alive.

[Doctor Strange]

"Did I miss something?" At the hulking metal door that concealed the Anti-Registration headquarters, Stephen stood. He was in the process of removing his Trench of Levitation, which appeared to be soaking wet. His short black hair was slicked back as if it had just been washed and gelled while his whitening temples shimmered a bit in the artificial light of the underground fortress. It was clear from his appearance that he had just returned from Atlantis.

"Before you inform me of what's happening, I'd like to say that Namor's on our side. If need be, one call to him and we'll have Atlantean troops, weapons, vehicles - whatever we need. He's very much opposed to the act Act. I haven't seen Namor this vehement about something since Umar's coup in the Dark Dimension."

[Human Torch]

"Cap...I don't know what to say, man. Just, don't do anything...stupid. I know you won't I'm just thinking out loud, I guess."

Johnny had only been a part of the resistant a short time, but could only imagine how bad it would get for them if the Captain never returned.

[Captain America]

Cap turned to face Stephen, his expression grim. "Hello." he said, with no real tone of greeting. "I was telling the others. I am going to take Logan and hopefully Luke Cage to Stark Tower, to confront Tony and try to end this war before it begins." He waited to see what his co-leader would say.

[Human Torch]

"Cage should be ariving soon. I bumped into him, and kind of led him here. Sorry if I made a mistake, but I knew you would want to talk to him."

Johnny waited for the Captain to lash out at him. He knew it was coming.
